For our Oats Day Long location in Brussels, we're looking for an enthusiastich and positive Assistant Manager. At Oats Day Long it's all about kickstarting your day with a healthy, delicious and quick bite. As an Assistant Manager, you smoothly take charge of the kitchen, bar and room ensuring #OATsome experiences before, during and after service where customers are warmly welcomed and everything runs smoothly. In addition, you act as a central point of contact for the team and are always ready to assist where needed.

You take the lead in the day-to-day operational management of your location. Together with your team, you coordinate orders, deliveries and ensure efficient management of stock, administration and inventory;
Safety and hygiene are your absolute priority! You ensure that legislation in this area is complied with at all times and inernal procedures in this area are enforced;
You have a clear understanding of how to interpret a P&L, understand mystery guest reports, perform quick checks, pass hygiene inspections, achieve KPI's, exceed productivity goals and interpret all-round reports. Day after day, you are committed to striving for optimization and improvement.
You have a good dose of relevant experience in the hospitality industry;
You're an enthusiastic, positive and loyal team player who loves healthy food and a good cup of coffee;
You're a real go-getter with a hands-on mentality who can switch smoothly and knows how to set priorities even at the busiest times;
You're a good communicator with strong delegating skills. This combination ensures that you give and receive feedback smoothly, which benefits the team dynamic;
You highly value safety and hygiene (HACCP). This regulation holds no secrets for you;
You are flexible and willing to work weekends.
A full-time contract (38h) with variable schedule during the day;
A nice salary package according to the barema regulations of PC 302;
